Mate has greatly expanded its press brake tooling offering with over 500 new items, making it easy to find what you need for your bending applications. The most significant addition is a complete selection of Amada Fixed Height Style profiles in the press brake tooling line. If your operation tends to have small production lots of a wide variety of projects, then fixed height style tooling is perfect for you. Standard press brake tooling requires multiple setups because the heights are uneven. You also need to adjust the safety beam to account for the different heights. Fixed height tooling makes multiple setups and frequent adjustments a thing of the past.

We’ve also filled out our range of Wila Trumpf Style and patented American Precision Style with Maglock™ press brake tooling with new punch and die profiles. Next, we have our new Wila Trumpf Style version of CleanBend™ that uses rotating supports to bend up to 40 degrees without marking. Eight sizes are available, with the variable openings ranging between 8mm to 78mm. There’s even one with an adjustable variable opening between 40mm to 100mm.

Finally, we added a number of accessories including heavy duty radius holders and radius inserts, as well as punch adapters and extenders.
